If you are unable to attend the training, you may cancel your registration free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled training date. Cancellations made within less than 7 days of the training are not eligible for a refund or postponement.

Refund or Rescheduling Options

For eligible cancellations made within the permitted timeframe, you may choose between:

  • A full refund, or
  • Rescheduling your training to a later available date.

Training rescheduling is valid for up to 9 months from the original registration date and is subject to course schedules and availability.
