Riflesso is our traditional Venetian stucco, formulated according to the recipe for the traditional “grassello di calce”. Mixture of hydrated lime (aged 36 months) and marble powder. This coating is naturally anti-moiss and has excellent resistance to UV rays. It is the plaster par excellence of traditional Italian decorations with this natural brilliance of the Italian Stucs.

What are the Benefits of Stucco Riflesso?

Natural and ecological: Made from hydrated lime.

Antimoisissures Anti-moisink: The lime in the coating allows the walls to “breathe”, thus avoiding mould problems.

Good UV resistance: Riflesso is formulated with inorganic fillers and pigments giving it good resistance to UV and discolouration.

Customizable aspect: Depending on the application technique, you will obtain varied shades and more or less brightness. Depending on the hand of the applicator and the taloches used, the effect will be different.

How do I apply this Stucco?

Stuc Riflesso is supplied as ready-to-use dough.

Step 1: Prepare the support and apply the appropriate primer to the Stucco hang.

Step 2: Apply the Riflesso in 3 layers to the American taloche.

Step 3: When applying the third and last layer of stucco, compaction the stucco to give it the desired gloss.

Step 4: Carry out the polishing and application of the protective wax (Cera Riflesso and Specchio Cera).

How to protect Stucco Riflesso

The Riflesso must be applied in 3 compacted and polished layers, the quality of the compaction will make the stucco more strong and glossy.

Liquid protection: Cera Riflesso which is a liquid wax to be polished.

Protective paste wax: The Stuc Riflesso can also be protected by a more compact wax to apply to the taloche, the “Specchio cera”.

What are the conditions for Riflesso?

The Riflesso lime-based Stucco is ready for use and available in the shades of the “Impero” catalogue.
